• Communities rely on us. In FY24 we delivered 2.3 billion items across the world.

• We have Action Plans with tangible, measured outcomes for Indigenous Reconciliation, Gender Equity, LGBTQIA+ Inclusion, Accessibility and Refugee Inclusion & Engagement.

• In FY24 we achieved Gold Tier employer status for LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the Australian Workplace Equality Index.

• We meaningfully mark and celebrate days of significance including International Women’s Day, IDAHOBIT, International Day of People with Disability and NAIDOC Week.

• We empower our team members to give back. In FY24 more than 2,000 team members participated in Workplace Giving and $290,034 in ‘People of Post’ Grants was awarded to 152 not-for-profit organisations.

• Team member safety is our number one priority. We have strategies for physical and psychological safety and injury management in place.

We're delivering opportunities
• Internal job mobility is made easy, and with the size and diversity of our business, the options for new career pathways are unique and extensive.

• By the end of FY24, a total of 49,000 team members had completed our cultural embed program, Our AP Way, since it launched in FY23.

• Our Leadership@Post program underpins our approach to uplifting leaders' capability. It was shortlisted by national body AHRI in December 2023, for the Best Leadership Development Strategy Award.

• 295 women from our frontline teams completed our ProjectMe personal development and career progression program in FY24.

• In FY24, 75 participants graduated from our Elevate leadership development program. Of these, almost 50% of participants obtained a promotion, most within one to two years following program completion.

• We offer unique Transport Pathways for team members looking to upgrade vehicle licences and join us in new roles on the road.

We're delivering a better tomorrow
• We have Australia's largest delivery fleet of electric delivery vehicles and electric bicycles (5131 in total).

• In FY24 we delivered 9 million pre-paid postcards to connect people with mental health services and each other.

• We’ve delivered over 500,000 books to more than 400 remote communities through our partnership with the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

• We’re embedding a new way to deliver that’s more convenient for our customers and better for our Posties.

• In FY24 We raised nearly $40k for the Australian Red Cross Disaster Response and Recovery Fund and distributed 1.47m Disaster Ready Postcards.

• We delivered 9 million pre-paid postcards to connect people with mental health services and each other.
