• We understand the need for flexibility. Team members can choose from a variety of different role types and shift times across the network and have access to Flexible Work arrangements by request. Support Office Team Members can work a Hybrid Work Week (3 days in-office)

• Eligible team members can apply for paid parental leave for the first 18 weeks or opt to take it at half pay for the first 36 weeks.

• If you don’t have enough annual or long service leave to cover your lifestyle needs, you can apply to purchase leave in blocks of 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks of leave.
