Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Workforce Assistance Program (WAP) provide free, confidential counselling and coaching services to Australia Post team members and family.

Saying thanks and celebrating
Reward and recognition:
Our Thank you program is centred around four pillars of Recognition: In the moment, Moments that Matter, Business Unit Moments that Matter, Business Unit Awards and Service Awards.

Service Awards:
Our people are recognised and celebrated with a commemorative certificate and gift card each decade milestone.
Celebrating with special events:
We know how important it is to connect, enjoy and be inspired together. That's why we always find time to stop and celebrate key calendar dates with special in-person, live broadcasted and recorded events.

Give back and feel good
Workplace Giving:
We encourage team members to donate money to a charity of their choice directly from their pay and we'll match donations up to $200 per team member, per year.

People of Post Grants:
Each year, we encourage our team members to nominate a local organisation they're passionate about to receive a grant to contribute towards a project that helps create positive outcomes and connects the local community.
Emergency Responder leave:
We provide up to 4 weeks leave to our team members who are protecting and supporting their community through an emergency situation, natural disaster or are called up to the defence forces.
