About the opportunity
Are you motivated by getting behind the wheel of one of our iconic blue trucks to deliver for customers? As our Heavy Vehicle Truck Driver, you’llbe the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community andconnecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each otherday-in, day-out. You might not be working from home, but you’ll be on the roadas a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that!
You’ll be
- Safely loading your truck with freight for your deliveries with teammates at the facility
- Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
- Driving our manual transmission trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups
- Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups

- $31.26ph - $33.41ph
- + 1 x RDO per month

About you
You’rea friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves autonomy just asmuch as interacting with others and being a team player. You’re passionateabout making a difference in the community.
You’ll also need to
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Hold a HR Truck license
- Be able to drive manual transmission HR Trucks
- Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck.
- Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
- Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
- You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less
- Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national police checks.
