About the opportunity
Our friendly Townsville administration team is looking for a new member! Working Monday to Friday - our Administration Clerks are a key support to the operations team at StarTrack Townsville. You’ll be supporting internal and external stakeholders for multiple areas of the business including operations, management and customers. Whether you’re assisting the team tracking freight, obtaining delivery information from drivers or coordinating the movement of freight, every day you’ll use your superior organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
We have two vacancies available! 1 x full time permanent vacancy and 1 x 6mth contract working Mon-Fri 5 hours per day. These vacancies pay $30.16 per hour plus 12% super along with paid OT rates.
About you
- The ability to work as part of a cohesive friendly and motivated team who support each other
- High level written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt your style accordingly
- Enjoy working safely and respectfully with drivers, supervisors and customers
- Confidence using the MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook and pick up new in house programs with ease (training provided of course!)
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills and outside the box thinking
