Australia Post’s Network Operations team is looking for an IRR Project Finance professional to help drive strong financial reporting, forecasting and planning across our Implementation and Rapid Response function. In this role, you’ll turn complex financial and operational data into clear insights that support decision-making—working closely with stakeholders across the business.

What you’ll deliver with us
This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, building clear reports, and partnering with stakeholders to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
You’ll also
- Deliver financial and KPI reporting, forecasting and planning
- Consolidate month-end outputs from multiple data sources
- Analyse financial and non-financial data to support decision-making
- Use SAP / TM1 and advanced Excel to build reports and insights
- Prepare clear presentations and updates for senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and processes
About you
- Strong financial analysis and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP
- Experience with budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Background in finance, logistics, supply chain or operations highly regarded
