Are you motivated by getting behind the wheel of one of our iconic red trucks to deliver for customers? As our experienced MC Truck Driver, you’ll be the face of our trusted Redbank linehaul business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You’ll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that!  


We have 3 permanent full time opportunities on offer! 


What to expect? Rotating roster basis however flexibility is a must to carry out altered rosters - mix of both day/night shifts including weekends - penalties, travel and tonnage allowances paid, 9 day fortnight 8.10 hr rostered shifts and overtime for all driving duties. Yard shifts are part of the role, however, this is predominantly a driving role and a multi combination licence is required.


You’ll be  
  • Safely loading your truck with cages for delivery.  
  • Completing your own daily vehicle safety check.   
  • Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups.   
  • Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups.  

About you 
  • You’re friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, and love autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player. 
  • You’re passionate about making a difference in the community.  

You’ll also need to    
  • Hold a relevant Multi Combination licence, your previous experience is highly valued
  • Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills 
  • Meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less
  • Be fit enough to load and unload parcels of all different shapes, sizes and weights
  • Be prepared to undergo a driving assessment, pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national criminal history checks
