Help us deliver like never before

Based at Brisbane Parcel Facility (BPF), the Customer Operations Liaison Team (COLT) Revenue Protection Officer oversees major customer lodgements, focusing on compliance and yield to contracts. Reporting to the COLT's Manager, this Revenue Protection Officer position has a direct impact to our customers and oversees revenue outcomes relating to the organisation’s profit and loss.


This is a fixed term (12 months), full-time opportunity working from 12:00pm to 7:21pm, Monday to Friday.


You’ll be  

  • Performing acceptance and revenue protection checks
  • Reducing revenue leakage and risk
  • Supporting other cost efficiencies for Network Operations
  • Escalating customer opportunities to their respective departments
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying and addressing cases of counterfeit mail and fraud
  • Assisting the COLTs Manager with ad hoc requests
  • Other duties as required at SEQ processing sites


About you

  • You have experience building customer confidence by delivering great service
  • You're a genuine collaborator who can draw information from multiple sources 
  • You are able to demonstrate engagement readiness in the way you approach your work and the way you work with others
  • You can effectively manage your work with shifting priorities and deadlines 


You'll also ideally have 

  • Exposure to Australia Post’s operations, procedures, products and services, particularly as they apply to parcels and letters lodgements
  • History of strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of self-motivated results and the ability to work autonomously
  • Spent time in changing, flexible teams and a genuine desire to work with and support colleagues
  • Experience with Australia Post systems, such as eParcel, the Lodgement Quality System, OneSafe and SAP
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, including regular use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
