Want to join a diverse, welcoming bunch of likeminded people helping deliver for the local community? Join us as a Seasonal Retail Postage Sorter and feel good knowing you’re providing a vital service for your community during our busiest time of the year.

You’ll be paid:

  • Seasonal Retail Postage Sorters (21 years or older) are paid $34.45 per hour, including casual loading, plus 12% superannuation
  • Junior rates apply to applicants under 21 years old
  • Some roles may also attract penalty rates for overtime and weekend work

You'll also have access to 'Post Perks' - a benefits platform where you'll have access to 100s of discounts and offers on heaps of your favourite brands for groceries, fashion, tech, travel and everything in between

You'll be: 

  • Manually sorting all mail arriving at the workplace
  • Sorting and distributing mail into relevant PO Boxes
  • Assisting and/or performing administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance


Depending on your primary location, you may also be required to travel to and work from other relief sites as needed. 


About you

  • You’re available to work from November, through our peak period
  • You enjoy a physical role, can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels repetitively
  • You have a keen eye for detail
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and take pride in completing your work efficiently and accurately
  • You’re comfortable handling parcels that may contain meat and/or alcohol products

How we’ll deliver for you

  • You'll be allocated a regular shift time, and work with a great bunch of people
  • Some shifts may also attract penalty rates
  • You'll benefit from a 12% superannuation rate
  • We may have opportunities for ongoing work beyond the peak season
