What do we offer you?
- 5 month fixed-term contract with the potential for ongoing permanent employment
- Start times can vary either 4am or 12pm (aim to provide 2 weeks' advance notice of shift)
- Saturday overtime available
- + 15% shift loading (6am - 6pm work hours)
- + 30% shift loading (6pm - 6am work hours)
- + 12% Superannuation
- Safely loading your truck with cages for delivery
- Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
- Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and predominately pick-ups
- Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups
- Working on a rotating roster with shift times ranging from morning to lunchtime starts
- Earning a competitive hourly rate with additional shift loadings
- Opportunities for Saturday overtime
- Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) license - HC or MC advantageous
- Forklift licence advantageous
- Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
- Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
- You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less
- Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national police checks.
