As our Postie, you’ll be operating and delivering on our 3-Wheeled Electric Delivery Vehicles as the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting Australians every single day.

You might not be working from home, but you’ll be working autonomously out on-the-road, interacting with others and being a team player and it doesn’t get better than that!

How we’ll deliver for you

  • We invest in you for the long-term, encouraging growth through delivering on our values of trust, inclusivity, empowerment and safety
  • Be part of a culture where everybody feels they belong, are valued, and can bring their authentic self to work every day
  • We invest in your personal wellbeing, recognise and reward you for your contribution to our success with Post Perks and more
  • Work outdoors while building meaningful connections with your local community through reliable and timely deliveries

About Your Role:

  • Begin your day early by sorting mail and parcels alongside your team, getting ready for the busy day ahead
  • Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and load up with deliveries to set yourself up for success
  • Deliver outdoors in all weather conditions, servicing homes and businesses while receiving guidance from experienced Rider Mentors for your professional development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hold a valid full or probationary Australian motorcycle licence
  • Successfully complete our mandatory practical riding assessment with confidence
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when required
  • Possess strong memory, keen attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 16kg of mail and parcels regularly
  • Meet our safe working load limit, with a maximum weight capacity of 100kg
