StarTrack are looking for a Van Driver to join our Fleet team in East Arm who enjoys driving, customer service, physical fitness and being part of a team.

We’re looking for a multi drop Van Driver to join our hard-working team at StarTrack East Arm. With e-commerce booming, our drivers are critical to keeping things moving. Working Monday to Friday in this permanent full-time role, you’ll be completing your daily safety check, scanning and manually packing loose loads into your Van. One thing's for sure - safety will be front of mind, no matter what. And you’re the sort of person who sees interacting with our customers throughout the day as one of the perks of the job.
You’ll need:
- Van driving experience.
- To use scanners (training available).
- Strong fitness level to be comfortable loading your van, jumping in and out of your van all day and unloading at each drop.
- Ability to lift from 1kg to 30kg – we assess this at a medical check before you start to ensure you’re safe on the job.
- To be safety focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility.
- Have a customer service mindset with effective communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills and basic numerical skills.
- C Class license with multi drop experience - advantageous.

- Weekly pay - currently $33.33/hr + 12% super and overtime rates, in line with the EBA you'll be receiving a pay and super increase from September.
