Help us deliver for Australia 

Want to join a diverse, welcoming bunch of likeminded people helping deliver for the local community? Join us as a Seasonal Casual Forklift Driver & Parcel Sorter and feel good knowing you’re providing a vital service for your community during our busiest time of the year.

You’ll be  

• Using a Forklift, loading and unloading mail from mail bags, trays, containers and metal cages (Unit Loading Devices) 
• Sorting parcels and mail (manually or machine-assisted) with the use of scanners  
• Working across sophisticated processing equipment and lines 
• Operating and using load shifting equipment such as hand pallet devices and stackers whilst cooperating with operations staff to get the mail into the facility

About you

• You’re available to work from October, through our peak period
• You hold a valid LF Forklift License
• You enjoy a physical role, can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly, have a great memory and attention to detail 
• You’re safety-conscious and able to safely operate equipment such as conveyors, loading/lifting devices including pallet jacks to load and unload parcels from trucks and vans  
• You enjoy a fast-paced environment where compliance checks are required
• You’re comfortable handling parcels that may contain meat and/or alcohol products

How we’ll deliver for you 

• You'll be allocated a regular shift time, and work with a great bunch of people
• A higher rate of pay may apply for applicable shift times (penalty rates)
• You'll benefit from a 12% superannuation rate
• We may have opportunities for ongoing work beyond the peak season
