About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor (PM Shift) to join our Premium site at our state-of-the-art facility on Boronia Road, Brisbane Airport.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving performance across our facility processing teams by providing clear direction, fostering accountability, and encouraging collaboration to achieve business objectives.

This position operates on rotating shifts, commencing from 1:00pm onwards, Monday to Friday.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in your operational area, ensuring alignment between customer needs and service delivery
  • Lead, develop, and performance manage a large team of Freight Handlers
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including partnering with commercial and customer service teams to manage customer outcomes
  • Develop and maintain reporting that delivers insights, trend analysis, and data-driven improvements
  • Identify operational challenges and implement targeted service improvement initiatives
  • Partner with the Duty Manager to set and achieve performance targets across safety, service, and efficiency


About You

You’re a driven and capable leader with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.


You’ll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, with a focus on optimisation and process improvement
  • Proven experience leading large teams, including coaching, performance management, and driving change
  • Sound operational decision-making skills with a strong customer focus
  • Experience in air freight operations (highly regarded but not essential)

Please note: A forklift licence is not required for this role.
