About the opportunity
You will be accountable for supporting the outbound Commercial network of the international volume departing Australia into multiple offshore destinations.
You will at the forefront of the international experience but also involves supporting commercial, operational, warehousing, sales and services on processes. You will interact with both internal stakeholders including the broader international commercial team and external parties relevant to the international e-Commerce supply chain.
What will you be doing?
- Review invoices before processing for payments / Reconcile payables against vendor rate cards.
- Prepare billing files, with supporting document to share with customers.
- Analysis on costing/billing activities.
- Presentation of analysis to relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying and responding to customer enquires.
- Assisting with the on-boarding of new customers, systems and processes
About you
You will be an efficient and effective administrator, experience within the freight industry and/or working with government agencies is essential.
You’ll demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, be an effective communicator and able to present information to different stakeholders.
- Freight forwarding experience.
- Job Costing.
- DDP Payables and Receivables.
