What you’ll deliver with us
This role supports the operational delivery of following core IT Workplace Technology Services functions
- Hardware Provisioning
- Asset Hardware Management
Working together with external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of hardware provisioning services. Supports and fosters knowledge of Workplace Technology Hardware at Australia Post, including assisting in ensuring the best user experience and technology to our staff.
Supports the supplier strategy and ensures robust SLAs are in place to deliver value for money; ensures that services received meet the SLA requirements documented. Acts as a key business escalation point for items relating to the service and ensures that all hardware is assigned to the correct business unit and user.
Major Accountability
- Supports the Manager Workplace Technology Services to ensure the assigned services are delivered into Australia Post in accordance with the overall ITSM strategy and in line service contract lifecycle for Workplace technology
- Assisting with the proactive management of issues relating to the assigned services, ensuring these are effectively tracked and communicated.
- Ensuring assigned services are maintained to the standards of Australia Post and set out under the relevant vendor contractual SLA – As guided by the manager.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience working with large 3rd Party Vendor Relationships
- A background in Workspace and End User experience technology Service tools and technologies is desired.
- Previous experience working in IT functions such as service desk, level 2 support, device provisioning, asset management functions is highly desired.
- ITIL Foundations and experience with ServiceNow
