The Transport Pathway Program offers a clear route to becoming a qualified MR Driver, providing comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a structured development plan to help you gain your MR Truck Licence. Build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in your community.
Your primary base will be our Minchinbury facility, with the flexibility to work across nearby sites as needed. You’ll complete your training and day-to-day duties here while working towards your MR Licence. Once you’ve gained your licence, we’ll continue to support your development and explore future opportunities that align with your goals.
As our Medium Rigid Truck Driver, you’ll be the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You might not be working from home, but you’ll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that!

You’ll Be:
- Safely loading your truck with freight for your deliveries with teammates at the facility
- Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
- Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups
- Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups
What You’ll Need:
- Hold a current Australian Manual Car Drivers Licence.
- Bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to building a long-term career.
- Be willing to complete your truck licence training with our support, including successfully passing the manual truck driving course.
- Have the physical capability to safely load and unload freight of varying shapes, sizes and weights, with frequent lifting and movement in and out of the vehicle up to 30kgs
- Be available to work Monday to Friday from 6:00am, with flexibility around finish times to meet operational requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and an understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
- Possess a customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meet our safe working load requirement of 120kg or less.
- Be prepared to provide a driving history report and successfully complete pre-employment medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and a National Police Check.
