About the Opportunity
A rare and exciting opportunity has opened in Sydney for a Plant & Systems Technical Specialist within our Network Operations Support Services team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems who is ready to transition into a specialist, non-operational capacity. You will be stepping away from daily hands-on tools and focusing on strategic, analytical, and advisory responsibilities.
Reporting directly to the Support Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our processing network, ensuring the smooth operation of automation equipment across multiple sites.
Note: This is not an IT support role. While familiarity with IT systems is beneficial, the position requires prior experience working directly with physical plant, automation equipment, and infrastructure systems. Candidates with backgrounds in electrical/electronic trades, automation, or engineering support are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Deliver With Us
- Participate in all facets of support, planning, implementation, and management for a range of plant and systems
- Provide expert input into equipment support plans, technical documentation, and data reviews

- Travel to multiple sites across NSW to support training and knowledge transfer
- Manage assigned tasks in ServiceNow, including incidents, problem tickets, and change requests
