  • Base salary of $110,066 (additional 4% increase in September) + 12% superannuation per annum + 17.5% leave loading

About the opportunity   
The Talent Attraction (TA) Consultant for our Deliveries team will manage end-to-end recruitment of volume award level roles, which includes supporting or leading on key recruitment campaigns and projects. These could include recruiting for brand-new sites, expanding facilities, election resourcing, or supporting initiatives in line with our DEI or People and Culture strategy. Working alongside the broader Talent Attraction, L&D, Payroll, People Services and local operational teams, you will lead a portfolio of work and deliver on key milestones aligned to our enterprise strategy.  

This role will primarily work across project and campaign recruitment within our Network Operations group, but at times will also need to be flexible across all business units, including Retail, Transport and supporting Band level recruitment where business demand requires. To ensure we are partnering with and supporting the business effectively, this role may be required to work from on-site facilities including post offices, truck depots and mail and parcel delivery centres.  
  
You’ll also    
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for award level roles as required, include forecast management, fast paced problem solving at scale and being agile in delivery against timelines
  • Implement unique and diverse sourcing strategies to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and seamless candidate and hiring manager experience in the recruitment process
  • Support or lead any TA projects including the recruitment for campaigns, programs of work and band level recruitment  
  • Engages and partners with business leaders and HRBPs, providing relevant advice and market insights 
  • Provide hands-on support to diverse candidate groups, prioritising these candidates wherever possible

What we’re looking for  
  • Strong demonstrated experience and capability as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist, recruiting for external talent in a TA function, RPO or Recruitment agency environment.
  • Proven track record of leading volume programs of work with multiple stakeholders, being able to adjust your approach based on the stakeholder needs.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt and recruit across different divisions, initiatives and role types as required.
  • Meaningful examples of proactively and innovatively sourcing external talent that supports the enterprise people strategy.
