About the opportunity  

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent professional to join our award-winning Talent Attraction & Mobility team and build a career with one of Australia’s top employers. 

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) will work closely with leaders and advise them on the most effective solutions for their recruitment requirements, help them navigate Australia Post Recruitment and HR processes, policy and provide insights on external market trends.

This is a fixed-term 12-month opportunity supporting the recruitment for our People & Culture (P&C) Division. 

Role location is flexible. 

What you’ll deliver with us  

Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager – Support Office and Technology, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for specialised positions in P&C.  

The TABP will also provide a high touch experience for every candidate from application stage to outcome or offer, overseeing and advising stakeholders on all steps in the recruitment process including briefing, sourcing, interview and assessment, reference checks, offer negotiation, background checking and onboarding process

 

You’ll also   

  • Promotes awareness of TA service offerings, for the recruitment of internal and external candidates
  • Assist with any TA projects including the development of idea briefs and business case documents
  • Identify opportunities for change, innovation and improvement
  • Proactively engages external talent via a range of tools and approaches
  • Coach business leaders and people managers so they can effectively manage their team’s recruitment

 

About you  
 You’re an experienced talent professional who has a passion for creating high quality and meaningful candidate and hiring manager experiences. You will thrive on solving complex recruitment and business problems and thinking creatively about attraction strategies in a competitive market. 

 

You’ll also need   

  • Proven, current and extensive experience, performance and capability as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Business Partner in a TA function, RPO or Recruitment agency environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to adapt and recruit across different divisions, initiatives role types and levels as required
  • A track record in proactively and innovatively sourcing external talent for a range of specialist and leadership roles
