About the opportunity  

As our Supply Planner, you will manage all outbound supply activities relating to Retail Merchandise and support stores to maintain high service levels by delivering the right stock at the right time. You will drive positive financial outcomes through effective auto replenishment and allocation strategies, close monitoring of inventory performance, and proactive management of exceptions. 

What you’ll deliver with us  

You will provide operational support to maintain robust replenishment system with accurate store inventory and replenishment master data, ensuring timely system updates and act as a key contact for store inventory queries, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient, customer-focused outcomes.

You’ll also   

  • Develop and execute competent system-driven replenishment and allocation strategies in line with changing business requirements to ensure supply on-time for both ongoing and promotional products
  • Develop, implement and maintain replenishment profiles per category/ product types where required to drive specific operational and financial outcome
  • Maintaining and developing KPI and ad hoc reporting with acute capability to effectively visualise in-depth analysis independently and propose logical recommendations and solutions
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with all relevant stakeholders to collaborate professionally through both verbal and written communication in a structured manner
     


About you  

We’re seeking an adaptable inventory specialist with 3+ years’ experience who is curious, keen to learn, enjoys problem solving, and comfortable with change including upskilling in technical capabilities. You are competent in drawing logical insights from data and drive measurable outcomes by using available tools including Excel. You will be a team player with strong communication, effective prioritisation, and the ability to build reliable relationships are essential.

 

You’ll also need   

  • Proven experience and knowledge in SAP or relevant replenishment and forecasting tools to support supply strategies through effective use of system
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stock supply within product lifecycles in a fast-paced retail environment with a good understanding of inventory flow
  • Demonstrated understanding of demand planning and outbound supply chain principles
  • Proven experience in frequently handling large data set to best visualise and demonstrate quality insights
