About the opportunity
Step into a newly created role as Social & Display Manager, where you’ll plan, launch and optimise high-impact campaigns across leading social platforms and display networks, ensuring every media investment delivers maximum impact, efficiency, and ROI while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with strategic objectives.
In this newly created role, you will lead the development of paid media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. By leveraging data-driven insights and advanced targeting capabilities, this role ensures campaigns reach the right audiences at the right time, delivering measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll deliver with us
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end media buying across paid social and display, spanning platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, as well as programmatic networks. You’ll manage budgets, negotiate rates, and ensure campaigns are flawlessly launched, continuously optimised, and delivering strong performance.
You’ll also
- Lead the planning and execution of social and display media campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Monitoring campaign performance and making real-time adjustments to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage data-driven insights and advanced targeting capabilities to deliver relevant, high-impact campaigns.
- Establish and manage an in-house influencer talent book, including onboarding, relationship management, and structured engagement frameworks.
- Oversee media spend, negotiate rates, and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI within allocated budgets.
About you
You bring strong agency experience in paid social and display media buying, thriving in fast‑paced environments with energy and momentum. You’re confident building planning and strategy foundations from the ground up, setting the right rhythms to drive performance. With a data‑driven mindset, you have deep expertise in A/B testing and continuous optimisation to maximise campaign impact.
You’ll also need
- Proven experience in social and display media buying, including programmatic advertising and paid social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in media platforms and DSPs, and knowledge of audience targeting and bidding strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management for paid media.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and managing partnerships or talent programs.
