What you’ll deliver with us
As our Senior Manager, Digital Platforms, you’ll lead the delivery of the platform roadmap for a portfolio of digital platforms and assets Australia Post’s digital channels.
You will also lead the Digital Platform Managers in their management of cross functional teams and work closely with key stakeholders across Product, Enterprise Services & other enterprise teams to align and deliver on an integrated roadmap of capability which will improve Australia Post’s digital customer experience. This crucial appointment will encompass digital customer solutions across consumer, small business, and enterprise.
Success will lie in playing a significant contributing role to the creation of a new strategically aligned help and support ecosystem which makes it simple for all Australia Post customers to obtain the information they need. In addition, the role will support simplification of our platforms, utilisation of modern capabilities and strengthening and maintaining the health of our platforms.

- Play an instrumental role in the largest technology transformation an Australian organisation has undertaken
- strategic approach to digital product and experience development to identify opportunities and deliver a roadmap of continuous experience improvement.
- Working collaboratively with senior business stakeholder and technology teams to ensure that execution is aligned to business unit strategy.
About you
You are a senior leader with the perfect blend of technology, innovation and people skills. You have a strong understanding of customer and consumer technologies and have a passion for building world class consumer experiences. You also have extensive experience managing a digital product portfolio and roadmap in a large, complex product organisation.
You’ll also need
- Extensive experience managing a digital product portfolio and roadmap in a large, complex product organisation
- Strong track record in implementing strategies, plans and roadmaps
- Extensive experience working in Agile product and delivery teams, requiring significant influence over customer-focused design and technology teams.
- Deep knowledge and passion for user experience design, design thinking, interaction design and performance analytics
