We’re hiring for a Senior Manager, Delivery Enablement! In this pivotal people-leadership role, you’ll uplift delivery capability across Enterprise Services by translating enterprise delivery frameworks into practical, scalable ways of working. This includes developing an enterprise delivery framework in both waterfall and agile and leading the socialisation and change management efforts that bring it to life across the organisation.
Reporting into the Head of Delivery Practice, you’ll be managing a team of Delivery Managers and Practice Leads, you’ll play a key part in strengthening delivery maturity through governance, tooling adoption, diagnostics, continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment across the organisation. This is a strategic hands-on role that defines how teams collaborate, deliver value and evolve capabilities across projects and business units. You’ll shape governance frameworks, delivery toolkits and capability uplift programs that enable high-quality delivery at scale, working across business domains to align people, process and technology. As a delivery strategist and change advocate, you’ll turn complex frameworks into actionable, sustainable practices that make a real impact.
What you’ll deliver with us
Delivery Model
- Support design, maintenance and adoption of delivery frameworks, standards and toolkits.
- Deliver capability uplift through coaching, training and communities of practice, embedding consistent delivery practices and behaviours.
- Support delivery assurance, quality checks ,diagnostics and governance to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Partner with Tools & Platforms to optimise Jira, Confluence and workflow practices.
- Lead continuous improvement cycles, retrospectives, and value optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with design principles, insights, and roles across the delivery lifecycle.
Change and Adoption
- Drive change management and adoption strategies, enabling teams to transition to new delivery ways of working.
- Partner with leadership to embed delivery maturity and continuous improvement practices.
Delivery Toolkits
- Develop and maintain delivery toolkits, including frameworks for definition/design, resource planning, collaboration, onboarding, and knowledge management.
- Create playbooks that standardize delivery practices and support consistent onboarding across teams.
Tooling and Integration
- Define and contextualise delivery tools and methods within the organizational environment.
- Partner with technology and operations teams to ensure integration of delivery tools and reporting frameworks (e.g., heatmaps, dashboards).
Skills Uplift
- Develop and oversee coaching, mentoring, and learning programs to strengthen delivery capabilities and value delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, connecting talent with opportunities and growth journeys.
About You
You’re an experienced delivery leader with a track record of steering largescale, complex transformations, and of designing and embedding robust delivery frameworks and governance. You’re fluent with contemporary delivery tools, platforms, and methodologies, ideally, you’ve operated across transport, logistics, and ecommerce. You bring proven experience developing an enterprise delivery framework in both waterfall and agile, and leading the socialisation and change management efforts that bring it to life across the organisation
You build trust quickly across diverse teams and leadership levels, mentor senior stakeholders through new tools and practices, and engage confidently with executive leaders, delivery squads, and operational units. You’re adept at influencing and aligning cross functional groups to shared delivery standards and strategic goals, while partnering with external vendors, partners, and industry bodies to champion best practice and innovation. You pair strong data analysis, process modelling, stakeholder management, and change delivery capability with a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies.
