Business analysis enables an enterprise to articulate needs and the rationale for change, and to design and describe solutions that can deliver value.
Business analysis is performed on a variety of initiatives within an enterprise. Business analysis may be performed within the boundaries of a project or throughout enterprise evolution and continuous improvement.
This role will be working from our Sunshine West parcel facility, Support office in Burnley as well as visiting other sites 3 days per week and 2 from home**
Experience
- 10 years + as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst.
- Supervision of 1-2 other business analysts.
- Analysis of changes of medium scale and complexity.
- Acting independently on initiatives of medium scale or complexity.
- Use of modelling and analysis tools.
- Transport and logistic background essential
- Introducing change into large and complex enterprises.
- Working with transformation projects and teams.
Education and certification in the following areas is well regarded.
- IIBA certification.
- Agile certification.
- BABOK-aligned education.
