Business analysis enables an enterprise to articulate needs and the rationale for change, and to design and describe solutions that can deliver value.
Business analysis is performed on a variety of initiatives within an enterprise. Business analysis may be performed within the boundaries of a project or throughout enterprise evolution and continuous improvement.
Experience
- 2-4 years as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Supervision of 1-2 other business analysts.
- Analysis of changes of medium scale and complexity.
- Acting independently on initiatives of medium scale or complexity.
- Use of modelling and analysis tools.
- Transport and logistics.
- Introducing change into large and complex enterprises.
- Working with transformation projects and teams.
Accountabilities

- Manage requirement prioritisation.
- Manage requirement change and acceptance.
- Analyse business context
- Identify relevant business context including capability, process, data and rules.
- Examine the consequences of possible business changes.
- Assess business risks.
- Develop requirements
- Specify and model the goals of the business and the needs of stakeholders.
- Design and describe changes that deliver business value.
- Verify and validate requirements.
- Evaluate solutions
- Assess the performance of a solution to determine its value.
- Identify solution limitations.
- Recommend solution improvements.
