As our Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator you will provide day-to-day administration, BAU Support, and deployment management for Salesforce Platform including Data Cloud. The role ensures platform stability, data quality, and operational readiness, enabling reliable and trusted customer data across Salesforce platforms. This is a highly collaborative team and there will be time this person will help with minor configuration changes and environment refreshes. Operational Monitoring & Incident management is key as you will be monitoring ingestion jobs, job failures, and platform alerts. This involves investigating and resolving issues impacting downstream users or reports. We’d love to hear your recommendation on how to mitigate risks and maintain operational stability.

You’ll also

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud configuration and environments
  • Monitor and manage data streams, ingestion schedules, data mappings, calculated insights, and segments
  • Troubleshoot data ingestion, activation, and pipeline issues

We are looking for a good communicator who can collaborate with DevOps, Developers, SI’s, Admins, and Specialists on release planning and change management. You’ll be working together and using your strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. An understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and harmonisation is highly regarded in this role. Any background with ITIL/BAU processes, change and incident management is wonderful as well.

  • Background in monitoring and supporting enterprise data platforms in BAU/run-state mode
