About the role

As our Retail Post Office Manager, you’ll lead the Ingham outlet to deliver excellent customer service, drive business performance, and support your team to thrive.


What's on Offer

  • Salary, $102,089 
  • + Annual District Allowance from $1,210

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support your team to meet performance and service goals
  • Manage financials, grow revenue, and ensure compliance
  • Improve operations including mail processing, PO Box services, and inventory
  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance business outcomes

  • Strong leadership and customer service experience
  • Skilled in retail operations and financial management
  • Confident communicator and change leader
  • Passionate about community connection and team success
