About the role
As our Retail Post Office Manager, you’ll lead the Ingham outlet to deliver excellent customer service, drive business performance, and support your team to thrive.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and support your team to meet performance and service goals
- Manage financials, grow revenue, and ensure compliance
- Improve operations including mail processing, PO Box services, and inventory
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance business outcomes

- Skilled in retail operations and financial management
