Success in this role means delivering business outcomes that improve user experience, enable capability uplift, and support a high performance culture. You’ll work cross functionally with Centres of Expertise, Enterprise Services, and delivery partners to ensure system initiatives land with impact and are aligned with broader enterprise priorities.
You’ll also
- Own, lead and develop the system product roadmaps aligned to the P&C and COEs strategy.
- Drive ongoing stakeholder engagement to ensure the system evolution aligns with compliance and strategic needs and not overinvest in tactical enhancements
- Lead the team and manage resources and capacity including estimating work size for system delivery and enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end system support and enhancements, including initiative delivery, vendor release coordination, and support activities.
- Champion commercially sensible solutions that deliver simplicity and effectiveness gains for employees, leaders and users.
About you
You're proactive and collaborative and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment. With a strong sense of accountability and a customer focused mindset, you build trusted relationships and bring people on the journey. You’re adaptable, solutions oriented and driven by a passion for using technology to simplify and enhance employee experiences.
You’ll also need
- Proven experience in product ownership or system administration of SAP SuccessFactors.
- A strong understanding of HR frameworks, specifically capability and performance, including related compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders, with a focus on strategic alignment and commercial outcomes.
- Solid technical knowledge of HR systems configuration, governance, and delivery models in complex environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related field (with SAP SF certifications highly regarded).
