About the opportunity
As a Policy, Process & Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development, refinement and communication of processes for Last Mile operations.
Working closely with the Policy, Process & Communications team, you will assist in drafting clear and effective process documentation, while helping to identify, review and update existing materials to ensure consistency across a national Last Mile framework. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation by supporting the revision or decommissioning of outdated content.
In this role, you will help maintain and enhance digital communication platforms, including SharePoint sites, ensuring information is accessible, current and easy to navigate for team members.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a solid understanding of governance principles and strong written communication skills. You will have the ability to translate complex information into simple, user-friendly content that supports operational clarity and consistency.
What you’ll deliver with us
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of clear, consistent and high-quality processes and communications across our Last Mile network. You’ll play an important part in ensuring operational teams have the right information, at the right time, in a way that is easy to understand and act on.
Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll help drive consistency, reduce risk and identify opportunities to simplify and improve how we work.
You’ll also:
- Develop clear, easy to follow process documentation including Network Standards, Standard Operating Procedures and Quick Reference Guides
- Draft and deliver communications that ensure team members understand new or updated processes
- Review and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with governance standards
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance and support document understanding across teams
- Support delivery against timelines and priorities, proactively managing risks and escalating where needed
- Help maintain digital communications channels, including SharePoint sites.
About you
You are a detail oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast paced operational environment. With strong writing and communication skills, you have the ability to turn complex information into clear, practical documentation that supports teams to perform at their best.
You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, take ownership of your work and are always looking for ways to improve processes and drive consistency across teams.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in operations, ideally within delivery or logistics environments
- Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and structured documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
- High attention to detail and strong due diligence capability
- Experience supporting or contributing to change management initiatives
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work collaboratively to meet deadlines
