What you’ll deliver with us
As Platform Manager, you will lead cross-functional Agile teams, supported by the broader Enterprise Services function, and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Data, and other domains. Your focus will be on delivering an integrated capability roadmap that enhances Australia Post’s sending and digital platforms while elevating the digital customer experience across all segments—consumers, merchants, and enterprise clients. This role is critical to ensuring our platforms remain secure, resilient, and consistently deliver high performance. It will drive strategic transformations such as Customer Experience Transformation (CXT), improving digital self-service, and reducing friction for customers while optimising cost to serve. Success will be measured by your ability to help create a strategically aligned digital platform ecosystem that makes sending and receiving parcels simple and intuitive for all customers. Drawing on deep expertise in end-to-end digital delivery—from concept through execution—you will apply design thinking and agile practices to achieve strategic, customer, and financial outcomes, and define and implement the future vision and roadmap.
You’ll also need
- Extensive experience within a digital domain in a large, complex product organisation.
- Strong track record in implementing strategies, plans and roadmaps
- Extensive experience working in Agile product and delivery teams, requiring significant influence over customer-focused design and technology teams.
- Deep knowledge and passion for user experience design, design thinking, interaction design and performance analytics
- Experience in people leadership - leading and coaching a team in a customer-facing domain
- Proven ability to creatively problem-solve and think strategically, and where necessary, outside of the box
