About the opportunity

We’re seeking a Partnerships Operations Lead to join our Owned Media & Partnerships team, supporting the delivery of advertising campaigns across Australia Post’s Owned Media network. This role focuses on operationalising consumer touchpoints into highimpact media assets, developing efficient processes, and ensuring campaigns are scheduled, optimised, and delivered to meet performance goals, while protecting brand integrity and delivering a seamless customer experience.

What you’ll deliver with us

  • Assist in implementing Australia Post’s retail media strategy by ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and aligned with brand and partner objectives
  • Lead the project of operationalising Australia Post owned channels into media assets.
  • Support partnership team on securing high-value campaign revenue
  • Develop and maintain streamlined processes, workflows, and documentation to enable efficient, high-quality campaign delivery and support broader marketing initiatives.
  • Schedule the execution of fully integrated campaigns across owned media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with sales, media, creative, data, retail and technology teams, and liaise with external agency partners when required to ensure seamless campaign execution.

About you

You’re a highly organised professional with strong project management capability and a proven background in retail media. You excel at engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, using clear and confident communication to keep projects moving smoothly. With strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, you’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once and ensuring every execution meets high operational and brand standards.

You’ll also need

  • Exposure to assisting with media or partnership planning, including contributing to product updates or campaign timelines.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, trafficking and executing advertising campaigns across digital or retail media networks.
  • Exposure to working with external agencies or vendors to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of basic commercial principles and ability to work within established pricing frameworks and revenue targets.
