About the opportunity
We are seeking a PM Bulk Fleet Supervisor to join our friendly, supportive team at StarTrack Perth Airport on a full time permanent basis. You'll be providing clear direction, accountability and collaboration across facility processing teams in alignment with business objectives.
You’ll also
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet performance targets.
- Lead support and compliance of the WHS management system to meet safety KPI’s and build a ‘mindfulness safety’ culture.
- Manage team member and team performance to ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure all team members have the necessary skills and accreditations/licenses to meet operational requirements.
About you
We’re looking for candidates that are motivated to deliver continual efficiency improvement in the pursuit of excellence.
You’ll also need
- Detailed understanding of depot facility operations including optimisation and process improvement
- Developed people management skills to support change
- Sound operational decision making
- Drive in customer service focus
