Working as part of the facility leadership team, you’ll play a key role in operational planning, uplift initiatives and the ongoing optimisation of Video Coding performance to meet service standards and support continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing labour plans, leading a high-performing coding team, maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring all Video Coding activities are completed to required accuracy and timeliness standards. You’ll contribute to broader facility outcomes through strong collaboration, data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. You will deliver this through:
- Overseeing end-to-end Video Coding activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, workload distribution and adherence to service performance targets across your allocated shift.
- Partnering with the Facility Manager to analyse data, assess capacity, monitor coding quality, implement contingency plans and maintain consistent performance during peaks.
- Managing labour and shift cost performance by planning staffing levels, optimising allocation, supporting the execution of labour plans and achieving Cost to Serve expectations.
- Driving customer and community outcomes through a One Team approach, ensuring coding errors are minimised, quality control is maintained, and improvement opportunities are identified and actioned.
- Leading a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with Safe Operating Procedures, supporting investigations, engaging team members in proactive hazard reduction and contributing to zero-incident outcomes.
- Developing and supporting your team through coaching, feedback, performance management, clear communication rhythms and timely resolution of issues to sustain a positive and accountable team culture.
About you

You will bring:
