About the opportunity  

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager to make a real impact, you will bring your ideas to the table and review, optimise and innovate our Lifecycle Marketing Program. As Marketing Manager, Lifecycle, you will work closely with our B2B and Enterprise Brand and Retail Marketing, Digital Technology and Data, key Sales, GTM and business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build effective lifecycle marketing programs which you will manage end to end. This is a 12- month fixed term opportunity.

What you’ll deliver with us  

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation and Lifecycle Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, cross sell, up-sell, nurture, retention and win back. 

You’ll also   

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to engage our business customers through their journey with Australia Post from acquisition through to retention.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (E.g. Sales, Customer Insights, Digital and Agencies, etc) to deliver the Lifecycle Marketing Program.
  • Manage the identification, extraction and use of customer insights data to provide most applicable target customers for programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance. Use campaign and business analytics to identify optimisation opportunities. Explore via test and learn, the optimum approach to deliver the best campaign results.
  • Manage programs to budget and report on financial performance.


About you  

 

You are an experienced B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager who thrives in a large, values-based organisation.  You'll have an influential personality that can bring business stakeholders on the journey to deliver positive outcomes for programs you're leading.


You’ll also need   

  • 6+ years’ experience in planning, developing and managing marketing programs
  • Experience in B2B Lifecycle Marketing from strategy development through to execution
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, SFMC and Salesforce reporting
  • Experience with Marketing Automation
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Project management experience at a portfolio level within a large complex organisation
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing with an emphasis on communications and economics disciplines
  • Understanding of Contemporary Marketing and lifecycle marketing principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally to help identify alternative options and develop innovative solutions.
