What you’ll deliver with us

As our Marketing Data Activation Specialist you’ll deliver advanced analytics, including modelling, forecasting, and customer insights, taking ideas from proof of concept through to production. Acting as a key liaison with enterprise Data & AI teams, you will support collaboration and knowledge sharing, ensuring Marketing Technology effectively uses data to deliver impactful customer experiences and marketing outcomes.

 
Acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert, the role collaborates closely with business, data, and tech stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into data-driven use cases, and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


You’ll also   

  • Design, develop, and deploy data science solutions across domains such as statistical modelling, advanced analytics, forecasting, customer behaviour, and AI/ML (including Generative AI where appropriate).
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing Technology and other enterprise data & AI teams, fostering better communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing– you will be the glue between different data sources and datasets.
  • Review incoming data requests and support prioritisation and delegation across our team of analysts.


About you  

You’re proactive and curious, able to balance multiple priorities while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. With experience in a marketing or business environment, you understand the deeper questions the business is trying to answer and can engage effectively across teams. You also bring a commercial mindset, considering cost, value, and licensing implications when shaping data and analytics solutions.


You’ll also need   

  • Experience with delivering data analytics/science initiatives that led to actionable and impactful outcomes. 
  • Ideally you will have3+ years in an industry role, and an understanding of behavioural analytics.
  • Experience utilising a variety of analytics/data science/AI/ML approaches.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in a hyperscale environment (GCP preferred, but equivalent in AWS, Azure etc).
  • Expertise in SQL.
