About the opportunity
In the newly created position as Manager - Major Partnerships Execution, you will be responsible for leading our retail partnership trials from initiation to successful conclusion, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on time. This role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to get sites on the ground, tracking and reporting progress against success measures, analysing trial results to determine scalability, and evaluating the potential for future partnerships.
This is a 2-year, fixed term opportunity and open to Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane locations.
What you’ll deliver with us
You will oversee a pipeline of new retail partnership sites, ensuring timely execution and meeting expansion targets, assessing new opportunities for trial sites, prioritising sites based on feasibility and strategic alignment, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to allocate the resources necessary for successful execution.
You’ll also
- Lead and manage retail partnership trials from initiation to successful conclusion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Analyse performance data, identify best practices, and collaborate with Australia Post and partners to continuously optimise processes and policies for partnership execution, ensuring consistent success and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement in the retail models that we’re trialling, seeking opportunities for operational efficiencies and better customer experiences at each outlet.
About you
As an expert in your field, you bring proven experience in retail trial execution and scaling. Your strong background in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets showcases your exceptional organisational skills. You excel in communication and negotiation, making you adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with major partners to execute partnership objectives effectively.
You’ll also need
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High standard of excellence with a commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with mid and senior level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Demonstrated experience in prioritising activities to ensure the most impactful projects receive adequate funding and support.
