ACCEPTING NATIONWIDE APPLICATIONS
Help us deliver like never before
Australia Post is delivering like never before. From the vehicles that we drive, to the small businesses that make our communities thrive. We’re delivering for the environment, for our communities, for our customers and our people. We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.
About the opportunity
This is a dynamic opportunity to take ownership of the full vendor relationship lifecycle within our national fleet operations. You'll play a key role in managing and improving supplier performance, contract compliance, and long-term vendor partnerships.
With over 5 years of vendor or contract management experience, you'll ensure all contracts are valid, measurable, and aligned with business goals. You'll lead efforts to document and address recurring defects, support conflict resolution using facts and data, and establish a professional, risk-free process for contract terminations when necessary.
You’ll also be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities for service providers—helping them develop into major partners—while working closely with internal teams across Safety, Finance, and Procurement to enhance fleet performance through strong collaboration and shared outcomes.
We welcome applications from candidates across Australia!
