We’re hiring a Manager, Cyber Awareness to lead our enterprise-wide Cyber Awareness program and play a pivotal role in reducing human cyber risk and building a sustainable, security minded culture. This is a leadership role within Enterprise Services, accountable for setting the awareness strategy and roadmap, delivering engaging security education, driving behavioural change campaigns, and measuring impact through clear, executive ready insights. In this people manager role, you will ignite passion in the team, championing operational excellence, continuous improvement, and consistent ways of working across tools, platforms, partners, and practices. 

This is a great opportunity to bring new ways of thinking to cyber awareness, designing innovative, behaviour led programs that shift mindsets and drive lasting change across the enterprise. 

What you’ll deliver with us   

  • Accountable for ensuring that all Awareness behavioural-change activity aligns to corporate standards, processes and policies. 
  • Accountable for providing guidance and support to team members in their efforts to generate content, enact change, monitor and execute communications and report on outcomes as part of their mission.  
  • Leads the growth of the team to become an enabler for productivity and engagement and viewed as a valued partner by other teams withing the Group. 
  • Builds relationships with peer enterprises and manages relevant third-party vendors and government agencies related to this area.  
  • Be hands-on to perform some of the roles in the team.  
  • Acts as a business change driver to improve value, operational efficiency and productivity with focus on safety, wellbeing and customer centricity on all activities and decisions  
  • Assist Head of Cyber Defence with relevant team budget and forecasting, taking action where necessary, to ensure financial targets are met. 

About you 

You bring prior experience leading enterprise level Cyber Awareness programs, with a strong focus on reducing human risk through behavioural change at scale. You’re a proven people leader, experienced in managing, coaching and motivating teams to deliver high quality outcomes in complex environments. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to design and deliver clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences, from frontline teams to executives.  

You’re comfortable presenting, facilitating workshops, and representing the organisation through internal forums, executive briefings, and engagement with industry peers and partners. You combine credibility in cyber and security awareness with a willingness to challenge traditional approaches and bring fresh, innovative thinking to how awareness is delivered and sustained across the enterprise. 

Looked upon favourably 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Communications, Education, Psychology/Behavioural Science, Cyber Security or IT. 
  • Industry certification in Cyber Security such as CISM, CISA.
