About the opportunity
Sitting within our Parcel, Post & eCommerce team, the role of a Learning Partner is key in helping to drive capability development and empowering teams for success. This role will shape targeted technical and behavioural learning programs, collaborate across the business unit, and bring strategic plans to life through transformational thinking. With clear success measures guiding program delivery, you'll help build the future of learning while managing vendors and driving impactful change.
What you’ll deliver with us
- Identify capability needs and gaps to effectively plan and manage the program of learning and development activities to support the execution of PPECS strategy
- Design, develop and maintain practical and effective learning programs & resources (Including online resources)
- Design & execute embedding practices with leaders to ensure desired behavioural change is embedded
- Counsel & coach team leaders on the development of employees to ensure best use of their capabilities and qualifications, as well as influencing future development to best serve the organisation's interests.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Capability to ensure consistent messaging & alignment of capability programs
- Support the execution of AusPost strategy within PPECs via transformational thinking eg. Account Manager of the future
About you
You're a forward-thinker who thrives in transformation, bringing fresh perspectives to help teams navigate change. With a strong understanding of learning design principles, you create impactful development programs that drive capability growth. Technically savvy and highly engaged, you build strong relationships across leadership teams, leveraging access and influence to shape meaningful learning outcomes.
You’ll also need
- Extensive experience managing capability development
- Experience working alongside sales teams (preferred)
- Experience working within a customer focussed environment that is undergoing significant transformation
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage projects and changing priorities
