In this role you’ll play a critical leadership role, responsible for assisting the EGM, Enterprise Services under the leadership of GM Delivery Services in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Enterprise Services business at Australia Post.  

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning, prioritisation, and governance of the technology portfolio across product and platform teams to ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology investments, enabling efficient delivery of value at scale. 

 
What you’ll deliver with us
  

• Portfolio Planning & Prioritisation - Manage the business-technology portfolio by aligning initiatives and objectives with organisation strategy and lead quarterly and annual planning cycles in collaboration with product, platform, and engineering leaders.
• Portfolio Coordination, Monitoring & Reporting - Coordinate portfolio delivery by facilitating right-sized governance to enable effective decision-making and oversee monitoring and reporting on objective realisation and portfolio delivery.
• Knowledge Management - Manage the capture, maintenance, accessibility and relevance of technical documentation, service delivery knowledge, processes and policies within systems or organisational knowledge stores. 
• Cost Optimisation and Service Management - Manage and monitor the technology operating budget and the cost profile of technology services in line with organisational financial processes, enabling technology leaders to articulate the value technology services deliver and also identify future cost optimisation opportunities.
• Communication & Executive Reporting - Define and execute the technology communications strategy, driving engagement within and outside the technology function. Deliver executive level reports on technology performance to meet organisational requirements and enable effective executive engagement.

You’ll also need
  

• 10+ years of experience in technology planning, portfolio management, or strategic delivery roles.
• Experience working in product and platform-aligned technology organisations.
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise agility programs.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Exceptional communicational skills and the ability to present to executive audiences. 
• Ability to work and influence senior leaders across the business.
