Description & Requirements

Help us deliver a better tomorrow

Australia Post is delivering for all Australians — from the vehicles we drive to the small businesses that power our communities. We’re delivering for the environment, for our customers, for our communities and for our people. We’re moving forward, and we want you to come along for the ride.

About the opportunity

Join the team reshaping how Australians experience eCommerce. Within our Parcel Product division, the Out of Home (OOH) team is building a national network of smart lockers, digital experiences, and community-based delivery options. We’re setting a new standard for convenience, innovation, and sustainability — and we need a Growth Lead to help us accelerate adoption at scale.

What you’ll deliver with us

As the Growth Lead – OOH, you’ll develop and execute a national growth strategy to drive awareness, usage, and commercial outcomes for our locker network. Reporting to the Head of Parcel Products & OOH, you’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to build a high-performing growth function with measurable results.

You’ll also:

  • Build a cross-functional growth engine focused on acquisition, retention, and monetisation
  • Develop full-funnel strategies tailored to senders, receivers, and locker hosts
  • Lead a culture of experimentation, pace, and performance across the business

About you

You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for customer-led growth. You bring a commercial mindset, creativity, and a collaborative spirit. You’re energised by data, thrive in fast-moving environments, and know how to rally teams around a shared goal.

You’ll also need:

  • Significant experience in growth marketing, commercial strategy or product-led growth in digital-first environments
  • A track record of building and scaling growth models for platforms or marketplaces
  • Deep expertise in growth metrics, behavioural insights, and network-driven adoption

How we’ll deliver for you

  • Be part of a high-impact team shaping Australia’s parcel infrastructure future
  • Access to learning, development, and career growth opportunities across the enterprise
  • Flexible work options, and a culture that values inclusion, curiosity and empowerment
