You should have excellent leadership skills, a passion for driving team performance, and the ability to navigate operational challenges with a customer-first approach. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while ensuring alignment with our safety and service commitments.
You’ll also need
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within fleet operations or logistics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build relationships both internally and externally.
