About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Enterprise Services team, supporting up to three General Managers, including the GM of Data and AI. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our leadership team by providing high-level executive and administrative support.

Your responsibilities will be varied and impactful, ranging from diary and travel management, project coordination, reporting, and document handling, to meeting and event planning. You’ll also be involved in processing SAP and People Leader Dashboard requests, maintaining office records, and offering general team support.

This role is ideal for a confident self-starter with strong commercial acumen, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. You’ll thrive on building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and take pride in enabling the success of those you support.

What you’ll deliver with us

As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support to up to three General Managers, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll manage calendars, meetings, travel, and prepare executive reports and presentations.

You’ll build strong relationships across the business, maintain key records and documentation, and manage administrative processes using tools like SAP. With a proactive mindset, you’ll identify ways to improve efficiency and service, always acting with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-first approach.

 About you

You are a highly experienced and dependable professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. With a strong background in supporting senior executives, you bring advanced organisational skills, excellent judgement, and a proactive mindset.

You communicate effectively, build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation, and are known for your discretion and ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and care.

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience delivering executive-level administrative support, including diary, travel, and event coordination.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and vendors.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently, often navigating ambiguity to find solutions.
