About the opportunity 

We’re looking for a Delivery Partners Risk, Compliance & Assurance Manager to join our Network Operations team. This is a critical role which will ensure our contractor workforce meets all regulatory and legislative obligations. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance risk maturity, compliance, assurance and effective auditing culture across our delivery partner network. 


What you’ll deliver with us  

  • A ‘fit for purpose’ compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Strategic execution of risk and compliance initiatives across Delivery Partners
  • Proactive and reactive audits, security reviews, and remediation planning
  • Risk assessments and operational risk register ownership
  • Development of controls compliance standards and metrics
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships and external partnerships  


You’ll also

  • Guide and mentor analysts (internal and external) in risk data analysis and reporting
  • Communicate timely insights and updates to the Network Operations Leadership Team
  • Lead conduct controls testing and quality assurance activities
  • Collaborate and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including vendors and Group Risk teams

About you 

You’re a seasoned Manager with a strong background in audit, with over 10 years of experience working in large complex organisations, including deep expertise in compliance, audit, and risk management. You thrive in complex environments and bring a commercial mindset to risk methodologies. You’re a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a proactive leader.  


You’ll also have 

  • Completed qualifications in CPA, CA
  • Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and governance processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, influencing outcomes and building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnerships
  • A commitment to safety, inclusivity, and empowerment in the workplace
