About the opportunity

As Compliance & Payments Analyst, you will work closely with the Compliance & Payments Manager to help drive risk mitigation and governance outcomes. You’ll also collaborate with the Commercial & Pricing Analyst to ensure financial accuracy aligns with strategic commercial goals.

This role can be based from Melbourne or Sydney.

What you’ll deliver with us

  • Work with the Compliance & Payments Manager to identify audit findings, compliance gaps, or outdated policies.
  • Support the development of structured remediation plans with clear ownership, timelines, and actions.
  • Ensure plans are aligned with audit expectations and endorsed by accountable GMs.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews (e.g. invoice approval thresholds, payment protocols).
  • Work closely with the Commercial & Pricing Analyst to ensure project designs consider pricing structure, payment terms, and financial flows.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial & Pricing Analyst to identify and resolve billing or invoice discrepancies.

About you

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys staying busy, always ready to step in and support where needed. You’re naturally curious and constantly looking for ways to improve processes. Detail-oriented by nature, you take pride in getting things right and your strength lies in operational execution and your willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate.

You’ll also need

  • Proven experience in developing and managing audit processes and report delivery.
  • Proven experience gathering, reviewing, conducting and supervising, audit information gathering and interview response management.
  • Preparing recommendations and corrective measures relating compliance, risk and audit related functions
  • Working knowledge of technical data management across complex interdependent systems.
