About the opportunity  

Working within our Customer Success portfolio, as Change and Delivery Manager, you will provide leadership in managing the pipeline of go-to-market, risk & compliance, continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for the prioritisation and delivery of Customer Success initiatives that will improve the customer and employee experience.

Reporting to the Head of Services Transformation & Operations, this newly created position will lead a team of 9 and be responsible for ensuring a change management framework is in place to deliver effective assessment of impacts to all teams and customers.


 You’ll also
   

  • Create a single view of change for all initiatives impacting the 1000 plus Customer Success Team Members   
  • Establish a framework and ways of working to enable centralised visibility to the Customer Success Leadership Team and its stakeholders of all Customer Success initiatives as they progress from discovery to delivery.
  • Ensure effective reporting, to inform governance and influence decision making and strategic planning of Customer Success leadership team.
  • Facilitate prioritisation decisions for all Customer Success Initiatives within the constraints of funding, people, and time.
  • Deliver, or seek from change initiators, detailed change impact assessments to ensure support team dependencies can be met and that change is always successfully embedded.


About you  

This role will suit a someone that is process driven with strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborative effectively with all levels of the organisation. You are able to navigate challenging conversations and negotiate effectively while managing expectations. We are looking for someone who is solutions focused, adaptable and able to priortise amidst competing demands and changing environments.  


You’ll also need   

  • Knowledge and understanding of Lean, Agile and traditional delivery methodologies
  • A good understanding of the commercial and planning requirements of a large digital organisation
  • Strong commercial management and planning skills 
  • Experience in capacity planning modelling and availability analysis 
  • Ability to educate and influence senior leaders across the Enterprise
