About the opportunity  
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you will support the change management analytical and reporting requirements for projects/programs. This includes review and analysis of business processes, the assessment of impacts on people, technology and transitioning and the collation and analysis of data for reporting on change progress, status and risks/issues. 


 
What you’ll deliver with us 

  • Work closely with the project/program's change and project managers to assist in developing the change strategy and the planning and execution of the change management activity
  • Effectively engaging with a range of stakeholders, collating data to establish the case for change, analysing change impacts and requirements and developing change intervention solutions
  • Support and develop the program change strategy and plan including the collation of data to establish the case for change
  • Collect and analyse data for stakeholder engagement planning and execution to identify change impacts and identify change solutions to manage impacts on people, processes and technology
  • Work with business representatives to plan and deliver effective change management activities to ensure the business is ready and able for the transition
  • Provide support to ensure business areas are effectively managing the change

 

About you 

  • Degree qualified in business or a related field, or demonstrated business experience
  • 2+ years' experience using change management principles, theories, practices and project management disciplines including business benefits realisation and their application to programs of work (Prosci or equivalent accredited)
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines and associated industry standards (e.g. PMI)
  • Relevant (intermediate) understanding of technical, legislative, contractual and compliance obligations affecting program/project
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Waterfall and Agile/SAFe delivery mechanisms
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, consulting, presenting skills and facilitation of large groups to gather requirements from stakeholders/business functions
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
