About the opportunity  

As Business Change Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of change initiatives across the business by assessing impacts engaging stakeholders, coordinating readiness activities, and ensuring business outcomes are achieved. Working closely with the Customer Success Change and Delivery Lead team, this role will provide key insights into change requirements, business risks, process impacts, and end-user needs.

This role is open to Melbourne and Brisbane.

What you’ll deliver with us  

As a critical link between project delivery and business as usual team, you will ensure change is well understood, embedded and sustained.  You will also support with documenting initiative charters, quantitative and qualitative measures benefits analysis, current and future state processes, measuring adoption, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

You’ll also   

  • Support the planning and delivery of business change activities across projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, gaps, and required interventions.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and delivery teams to understand and document business process and system changes.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of training, communications, and readiness activities.
  • Track business adoption metrics and help identify any resistance or areas requiring additional support.


About you  

You’re confident in interpreting and reporting data, with a knack for uncovering meaningful insights that drive decision-making. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, you communicate complex findings clearly and effectively. You have hands-on experience in data management, mining, and aggregation, and a genuine passion for uncovering hidden data. Proficient in tools like Power BI and Tableau, you bring both technical expertise and curiosity to every data challenge.


You’ll also need   

  • Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) and/or agile delivery frameworks.
  • Skilled in tools such as Visio, Confluence, JIRA, or project/change tracking systems
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and process mapping skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and networks across the Enterprise
