Using your extensive understanding of Business Architecture:
- Mentor and guide the organisation in the understanding of Business Architecture and benefits of applying.
- Implement a business architecture approach and methodology ensuring alignment with strategy and business needs and providing a foundation for digital transformation initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and support for business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business strategies, business capabilities and IT solutions.
- Analyse and document business capabilities, value streams, and organisational structures.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks
Experience:
- Demonstrate strong experience in business architecture design and development and integration in other Enterprise Architecture areas
- Application of excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and conflict management skills
- Experience with repository-based modelling tools, actively applying Architectural concepts with the tool and understanding administrative aspects of the tool
- Demonstrable experience working alongside Senior (C-Level / Executive) stakeholders and their teams to define/implement operating models for large enterprise.
- Demonstrable experience partnering with Enterprise Architects and Technology teams to develop, deliver and maintain business capability models
- Relevant business architecture training and certifications (e.g., TOGAF, BizBOK) valued
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business architecture or a related field.
