Due to several promotions in our Sales Division we are looking for an inside sales specialist to help us deliver like never before.

About the opportunity

Within this role you will have a portfolio of approximately 100-170 small business customers who use Australia Post for their freight solutions. Putting you at the cutting edge of eCommerce, the businesses that you will look after could be the next giant in online shopping or a game changing business to business supplier.

What you’ll deliver with us

Within this role you will grow revenue in your portfolio sustainably, work with customers to solve business problems and help create a seamless experience for your small business clients. You will identify opportunities for Australia Post to grow and delight our customers with excellent customer service and business knowledge.

You’ll also

Complete contract renewal negotiations with customers,

Carry out business performance reviews.

Manage your sales pipeline and follow up leads in order to exceed revenue targets.

Collaborate across the business to solve customers problems, or to identify areas where we can help a customer access our network more efficiently.

About you

You will be an individual with a growth mindset, a commercial outlook and somebody who is a positive, forward thinker who can manage change and engage with customers at different levels.

You’ll also need

A willingness and ability to develop and learn to become a leader in the eCommerce space.

Resilience and tenacity to persevere against targets.

A change mindset and an ability to collaborate across different functions throughout a business.

How we’ll deliver for you

A defined career pathway, developing into a field sales role, in a business unit where over 50% of our hires are internal.

Training and development from an experienced sales manager and within a supportive team that celebrates success.

A market leading sales incentive plan that rewards your efforts to help us build a sustainable business that delivers for our customers.
