About the opportunity

This Administration Clerk role is a key support to the operations team at StarTrack Albury. You’ll be supporting internal and external stakeholders for multiple areas of the business including operations, management and customers. Whether you’re assisting the team tracking freight, obtaining delivery information from drivers or coordinating the movement of freight, every day you’ll use your superior organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.

About You

  • Great communication skills.
  • Enjoy working safely and respectfully with drivers, supervisors and customers.
  • Confident using computers, Excel, Word, Outlook and some in house programs (such as SAP).
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.


You’ll also need

  • To pass our pre employment checks (background check and medical) 
  • Be comfortable working the following hours - Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm)
